Visitors Charter

Greenbank Responsible Visitors Charter

1) Reduce, Reuse, Recycle

Please respect Cornwall and reduce the amount of rubbish you generate.  Please only accept plastic bags and packaging if it is absolutely necessary.

2) Leave your car at the hotel

Please take advantage of the public transport on offer when visiting attractions in Cornwall.

There are plenty of great walks and cycle routes in Cornwall without needing to use your car while on holiday.  We are only a stone through away from Prince of Wales Pier where all the passenger ferries go from!

3) Try all that is Local

Please help us to support the local economy by visiting farmers markets and shops, village stores, pubs and cafes. There is lots of fresh produce on offer.

4) Remember to switch off.

Please turn off all things on standby and of course your lights when you do not need them.

5) Check out our Green Library

There are lots of cultural attractions and beautiful coves to explore, please look through our green folders to make sure you enjoy your visit without having a negative effect on our spectacular Cornwall.
