Our passion is for cocktails so why not join us for a Vesper, Bramble, Pale Rider or our special Mojito-tini whilst savouring the magnificent views over Falmouth Harbour.

Mojito-tini
This is the Bar Managers take on the classic Mojito.  Made with BACARDI Gold Rum, mint, lime and sugar. Shaken with ice and strained into sugar rimmed glass.  So tasty!
