Terms and Conditions: Bookings should be confirmed in writing with a non-refundable deposit of £10 per person.
Please note that upon receipt of your deposit you agree to adhere to our terms and conditions. Guests will be required to pre order their menu. These details will be required in writing 14 days prior to the event along with details of any special dietary requirements and final payment. This will be the minimum number of guests
charged for or greater if the numbers increase.
In the event of a confirmed booking being cancelled the Greenbank Hotel will retain full deposit. In the event of a confirmed booking being cancelled within 14 days of the party date the Greenbank Hotel will be entitled to retain the full balance of account for the event. All cancellations must be made in writing.
A minimum number of 60 people will be required for exclusive use of The Riverbank Suite for Christmas
