The ambience of our newly refurbished bar quickly adapts to your mood. Whether you want to read, talk, laugh or just daydream as you look out across Falmouth Harbour, here you can sit back in a soft comfy chair and relax.
As a four star hotel we take our wines and cocktails very seriously. The well stocked bar shies away from serving the mundane or average. For each spirit we stock there are typically seven or eight different varieties of each to try. Instead of Gordons we house pour Bombay Saphire.
We have a large selection of wines ranging from the standard to the unusual; like our Lebanese Chateau Musar. Our cocktails have been developed with a contemporary classic feel and use the freshest ingredients available.
