Here at the Greenbank Hotel we have considerable experience of providing facilities and services for business meetings, seminars and private events. Our superb location allows you the opportunity to get away from the normal pressured working environment, leaving you and your delegates to concentrate solely on the task at hand.

There are 4 Conference Rooms :

- Boardroom (maximum capacity 32)
- Cellar Suite (maximum capacity 22)
- Sundeck (maximum capacity 25)

Room layouts are available as needed. Around the hotel there are many breakout areas for your tea and coffee breaks, as well as the Harbourside Restaurant for conference lunches.

Rates start from £25 per delegate with a minimum of 10 delegates, and includes:

Rates start from £35 per delegate with a minimum of 10 delegates, and includes:

- Pitchers of Fresh Juice, Mints and Iced Water
- Freshly Filtered Coffee, Juice and Croissants on Arrival
- Mid Morning Coffee, Juice and Mini Danish Pastries
- 2 Course Hot Lunch served in the Harbourside Restaurant (to include Soup and a Hot Main Course Dish)
- Afternoon Tea, Juice and Mini Muffins
