The Local Area

You'll find hundreds of ways to relax in Falmouth and the beautiful Cornwall countryside. Take a stroll in the cobbled streets of Old Falmouth, or wander down to see the catch coming ashore at the quayside.

We are supporting Cornwall’s Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty, which along with National Parks are considered to be the most special landscapes in the country and belong to an international family of protected areas.  Cornwall has 12 designated areas, with the purpose to conserve and enhance the natural beauty of the area.
