Everybody was very helpful, especially all the male staff that helped me up and down a small flight of stairs with my pram every day. Thank you for making me feel that I wasn’t a bother and even the man who said just ring for help if nobody is around immediately. Also thanks to the breakfast chef who very kindly replaced my breakfast that lost temperature whilst waiting for freshly baked rolls. Very much appreciated. Commendation to the staff at the Greenbank Hotel for all their excellent standards of service.

We would like to say a massive thank you for helping to make our wedding day so special. You are a fantastic bunch of people - professional, accommodating and nothing was ever too much trouble. Everyone was friendly and even our guests commented on how wonderful the staff were and how amazing the hotel was. You put many of the London hotels to shame, for your warmth of service and standards of customer care. We will certainly be staying with you again on our anniversary, if not before and would recommend The Greenbank Hotel to anyone without hesitation.
