RESERVATIONS
We gladly accept reservations made by telephone or email

BEDROOMS
All bedrooms have private facilities, complimentary toiletries, hairdryer, remote control television with radio, direct-dial modem link telephone and beverage making facilities.

MASTER SUITE
Following an extensive refurbishment the master suite boasts a separate lounge area, roll top bath inthe window overlooing the harbour, plus private patio area and balcony with a 180° panoramic view - extras include luxury bathrobes, slippers and fresh fruit on arrival.

NEW STYLE DELUXE ROOMS
With bay windows overlooking the harbour these rooms have been redesigned in their own unique style. These rooms are available as a double or twin

DELUXE ROOMS
Our two Deluxe Rooms offer unrestricted harbour views with their own small balcony, private facilities including a spa bath. In addition you will receive bathrobes, slippers and fresh fruit on arrival.

EXECUTIVE ROOMS
Executive Rooms are larger than our standard rooms and have recently been refurbished to a high standard with the majority offering views over the harbour.

CLASSIC ROOMS
Our Classic Rooms are more muted in their décor, finished with subtle tones and are slightly less spacious.

CHILDREN’S TARIFF
Well behaved children are welcome at The Greenbank, but are not to be left unsupervised.  High chairs and cots are available on request.
RATES (where children share parents bedroom)
Under 5 years No charge

5 -16 years £20.00 per child, per day inclusive of breakfast when occupying a z bed or sofa bed.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Free on-site parking is available at the Hotel, however the Hotel does not accept responsibility for damage or theft of vehicles or their contents whilst parked on site.  Garage parking available by prior arrangement. Bedrooms are not normally available until 3pm; however an earlier check in may be possible upon request.  Bedrooms should be vacated by 11am on the day of departure.

CANCELLATIONS
Guests are invited to consider an independent holiday insurance scheme, applications for which are available from Hotel Reception.
All cancellations should be received by the Hotel in writing.

Cancellation free of charge up to 28 days prior the arrival.  50% chargeable between  28 days and up to 7 days prior the arrival.  Afterwards, fully chargeable.  No deposit requested

PAYMENT
Accounts are to be settled upon departure.  All major credit and debit cards are accepted.  Cheques are accepted providing they are covered by a valid banker’s card.  The Hotel reserves the right to ask for alternative payment or further identification.

FIRE SAFETY

The Hotel is fitted with the latest fully addressable fire alarm systems.  Please make yourself aware of the fire exits and full fire emergency procedures, which are displayed in your room.

WINDOWS AND BALCONIES
We draw your attention to the dangers of open windows and balconies in rooms where there are small children, and ask all parents to be mindful of the risk of an accident.

SMOKING
The Hotel operates a NO SMOKING Policy throughout the Bedrooms, all public areas and the Quarterdeck.  Guests may smoke in the Greenbank gardens and or at designated outside smoking areas.

DOGS
We welcome well behaved dogs to the hotel and have a number of dog friendly bedrooms.  Dogs are not permitted in public areas with the exception of guide dogs.

VALUABLES
The Hotel cannot be held responsible for articles of value, other than those deposited with Reception for safe custody in the Hotel safe, for which a receipt will be given.

MEDICAL CONDITIONS
Please advise Reception of any medical conditions you may have at the time of booking that could affect your health, safety and welfare during your stay.

VISITOR-GIFTING SCHEME

The Greenbank is operating an ‘opt out’ visitor-gifting scheme for Surfers against Sewage. This is a Charity based in Cornwall that campaigns for clean, safe recreational water for everyone. We automatically add 50p per room, on each guests stay which gets donated to go to this worthy organisation, who strive to keep Cornwall’s beaches clean for locals and visitors to enjoy.
If you do not wish to give this donation please ask the duty receptionist to take this off your final account. More details can be found on their website www.sas.org.uk.
However, to give something back to you we will deduct £1.00 from every guests bill who use public transport as a means to travel to the hotel instead of using their car, please inform the duty receptionist on arrival.
