FRENCH 75 (1ST – 8TH APRIL)
This April we are swapping the showers for the sparkles with this perfect concoction just waiting to be tried. The French 75 features gin, lemon juice, sugar syrup and a generous topping of Champagne for a cool, classic and cultured cocktail. The perfect aperitif.
MANHATTAN SWEET (8TH – 15TH APRIL)
Introducing our own Manhattan Sweet. A little syrupy treat for you to enjoy this April, it includes a hearty glug of bourbon, sweet vermouth, a dash of angostura bitters and cherry garnish. Simple, sophisticated and truly glorious, with the flavour of the whiskey shining through.
THE BATANGA (15TH – 22ND APRIL)
Simplicity with ice. The Batanga is a well-balanced number originally from Mexico and now from Ninoska, our expert cocktail maker. She’ll be fusing together tequila, fresh lime juice and Pepsi, and finishing this feisty tipple with a salt rim.
THE BOULEVARDIER (22ND – 29TH APRIL)
Nearly a century since The Boulevardier was first talked about, we think it’s still worth a discussion! A cousin of the Negroni, pull up a pew and try this chilled elixir of bourbon, Campari and sweet vermouth. Sharp, smooth and suited for a spring day.
