Cornish Summer Tasting Menu Evenings

We’re excited to announce that The Greenbank and our sister hotel The Alverton will be hosting a series of gourmet events this summer.

Join us for six delicious courses that highlight summertime in Cornwall, by bringing the very best ingredients together from our chefs, and combining live open-air theatre cooking with traditional kitchen techniques.

The menu includes canapes cooked on our outdoor griddle, Bobby Southworth’s seafood speciality, Simon George’s signature beef fillet dish, and so much more.

THE MENU

£55 per person, or add a drinks flight (including Cornish wines, cocktails and vermouths per course) for an extra £22 per person

Canapes

Arrive at 7pm to meet Bobby and Simon on our sun-drenched terrace. Your canapes will be cooked for you on our outdoor griddle with a glass of Camel Valley ‘Cornwall’ Brut.

Falmouth bay scallop, Cornish hog’s pudding
Pressed grass reared Cornish pork belly, crackling, apple *

After your canapes, dinner will be served in our restaurant at 7:30pm.
