Mother’s Day Sunday Lunch in the Water’s Edge



Our special Mother’s Day lunch menu is filled to the brim with the freshest flavours of spring. Join us on Sunday 27th March and gaze out on the ever-changing views of Falmouth harbour as you tuck into our three course lunch.


Lunches will be served from 12.30pm until 3pm in the Water’s Edge restaurant. We’ll also be treating all mums to a glass of fizz!

STARTERS

French onion and cider soup, Cornish gouda croute (1, 2, 7, V) Vg on request
Warm sea trout fillet, shaved fennel, orange, capers (5, 14)
Heritage tomato galette, goat’s cheese, pickled shallot, cress (2, 7, 14, V)
Confit duck and wild mushroom fricassee, garlic sea salt focaccia (2, 7)

MAINS

Truffle and mustard roast cannon of beef, Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes, honey roast parsnips and carrots, piquant pepper jus (1, 2, 7, 9, 14)
Tamarind and ginger baked whole seabass, pak choi, sugar snaps, lime (5, 12, 13)
Slow cooked pork belly, black pudding, creamed potato, caramelised savoy and apple, cider cream (1, 7, 14)
Cornish seafood, twice cooked chips, pea purée, saffron aioli, charred lemon (2, 3, 4, 5, 7, MC)
Root vegetable and spinach ragu, celeriac purée, sage and garlic gnocchi, green oil (2, Vg)
