We’re wild about this cocktail. Perfect for any gin-lover, this is an elegant cocktail oozing in smooth, berry notes. To make, add 50ml Tanqueray gin, 50ml cranberry juice, 25ml violet syrup, 25ml lemon juice and a teaspoon of peppercorn infusion to your cocktail mixer. Shake over ice, then strain into a vintage cocktail glass with crushed ice, strawberries and lemon zest. For a show-stopping extra, delicately add a decorative flower and win top points for presentation.
This wine-based Italian tipple will brighten up any day, but is an obvious choice for the summer. Add 50ml of Aperol and 70ml of prosecco to a wine glass with ice cubes. Top up with soda water and garnish with freshly sliced orange. Then sip away and let your taste buds transport you to a Mediterranean paradise.
Try a taste of tropical with a Madagascan Sunset. Shake 50ml Brugal dark rum, 20ml raspberry liqueur, 20ml vanilla syrup, 50ml pineapple juice, 25ml cranberry juice and ½ a shot of lime juice over ice. Strain into a hurricane glass and garnish with a chunk of pineapple. Then cool off on a sunny day with your Caribbean cocktail creation.
This cocktail is best described as fizzy with a tart flavour of cherry and rhubarb. Add 12.5ml of rhubarb liqueur and 12.5ml of cherry brandy to a prosecco glass. Top with prosecco and garnish by either dropping a cherry into the drink, or decoratively placing a strawberry on the rim.
flavoured gin and tonic
Flavoured gin is the talk of the town at the moment, and with so many different flavours to choose from, it’s no surprise. Mix and match your favourite infused gins with an array of different tonics to create your perfect G&T. We love fresh fruit and herbs like rosemary and thyme to compliment the drink and brighten up the glass. Chin-chin!
