Our Five Course Valentine’s Dinner at the Water’s Edge

Looking for a special Valentine’s Day dinner out in Cornwall? Treat your loved one this year to a candlelit dinner overlooking Falmouth harbour.

Our Executive Chef Nick Hodges has created the following menu, which will be served on Thursday 14th February. These five courses have been specially selected using the best produce from our local suppliers.

Please note, we have very limited availability – call 01326 312440 to book. £48 per person. Making a night of it? We also have a wine flight available for £20 per person. Please note: On special occasions, we require a £10 deposit per person. This is refundable until 48 hours before your visit.

Falmouth Bay shellfish cappuccino, seaweed tuile
Field mushroom and garlic cappuccino, rosemary tuile

Seared Cornish scallops, charred cauliflower, smoked bacon, cider glaze
Beetroot spinach arancini, aubergine puree, pomegranate

Passion fruit and prosecco sorbet

Beef and oysters – seared beef fillet, oyster gratin, fondant potato, tender stem, truffle jus
Baked homity and yarg tart, root vegetable fondants, tenderstem, truffle jus

Assiette of desserts to share – chef’s favourites to include chocolate, fruits and meringue
