The two AA rosette-worthy, award-winning Water’s Edge restaurant offers relaxed fine dining – fusing styles, techniques and flavours to shape an irresistible menu. We are open every day to non-residents with daily changing chef recommendations and a traditional roast on Sundays for all the family. Lunch is £16 for two courses and £20 for three courses, every day of the week.
From the freshest seafood and fish landed in Cornwall, to succulent local meats and luscious seasonal vegetables and fruits grown and reared on our doorstep. From artisan breads and cheeses, to foraged foods plucked from Cornish hedgerows. Executive Chef Nick Hodges and our kitchen team brings local produce to life, with imagination and spirit.
Our knowledgeable waiting staff is always on hand to guide you through the day’s specials and desserts, while a carefully selected wine list will tempt you with perfectly matched bottles to complement the menu.
The Water’s Edge restaurant, bar and terrace serve food all day, so come at a time that suits you. All you need to do is order, relax and drink in the view.
