ELDERFLOWER BELLINI: Tanqueray gin, elderflower cordial, lemon, lime and Prosecco. Our own version of the classic, this Bellini is the ultimate summer tipple.
BAY BREEZE: Ketel One Vodka, pineapple juice, cranberry juice, ice and a wedge of lime. This fruity, potent punch is a taste of the tropics.
TIKI RUM RUNNER: Captain Morgan dark rum, Brugal Blanco rum, pineapple, orange, banana syrup, grenadine and lime. A complex, fiery fusion of flavours.
TOM COLLINS: Tanqueray gin, castor sugar, whole lemon, sugar syrup, crushed ice and soda. A light and refreshing old-fashioned gin lemonade.
COSMOPOLITAN: Citrus-infused vodka, triple sec, lime and cranberry. Well balanced yet strong with a nice citrus tang, we can see why it is an all-time favourite.
WHITE LADY: Tanqueray gin, triple sec, lemon juice and sugar syrup. Refreshing, delicate and perfectly balanced with a clean citrus finish.
RUBY’S PEARL: Rhubarb liqueur and cherry brandy topped up with Prosecco. An elegant version of the Kir Royale with rich, fruity hints.

THE MEXICAN: Tequila, sugar syrup, lime, watermelon and a touch of fresh chilli. Energizing, fresh and oh-so-juicy. For those who like it spicy, please ask.
OLD RYE: Bulleit Rye bourbon whiskey, angostura bitters, sugar and orange zest. Our take on the famous Old Fashioned.
GREENBANK PIMM’S: Tanqueray gin, Martini Rosso, lemonade, summery fruits and mint. A cut above the norm, our Pimm’s is spicy, bright and incredibly moreish.
ESPRESSO NUTINI: Frangelico, Ketel One vodka, cacao bitters and double espresso. For those that want to stay up all night.
RASPBERRY DAIQUIRI: Brugal Blanco rum, frozen raspberry puree, raspberry liqueur, a little lime and sugar. Sheer perfection.
ROSE MARTINI: Tanqueray No. 10 gin, home-made rose syrup, raspberry liqueur and rose petal essence. Expect an intensely floral aroma and summery freshness.
CHAMPAGNE COCKTAIL: Cognac and sugar crowned with Champagne. Strong, sophisticated and sweet – expect every sip to be distinct.
BANANA COLADA: Brugal Blanco rum, lime, cream, milk and banana syrup. If you like Pina Coladas, you’ll love this variation. A feast for the senses.
GREENBANK MOJITO: Captain Morgan spiced rum, cinnamon, brown sugar, mint, lime, angostura bitters and apple juice. One not to miss.
